I have been responsible for creating and executing national competitions. Competitions made work fun and created positive vibes that extended our teams culture across the brand as well as to our guests. With store against store competitions, it is more engaging to build excitement through short videos showing the top stores leading in guest attendance each week. These videos included very basic animations and took anywhere from a few hours to half a day to create.
