The Run the Biz Program serves as the second week of training for Sales Leaders and provides instruction on lead development and business development strategies. I designed and developed the training focused on the business development process, performance standards, and planning methodologies.
Due to the density and complexity of the content, I leveraged thematic storytelling and structured the material into concise microlearning modules to enhance engagement, retention, and application of key concepts.

Course Sample 2: Onboarding Program

This week-long program was designed to translate tribal sales knowledge into a standardized onboarding experience across the brand. I developed course content that introduced the program and defined core standards, processes, and the guest experience, supported by guided practice activities.
The success of this initiative resulted from structuring complex concepts into clear, accessible learning modules that promoted consistency and comprehension across the brand.
