This had exceptionally high engagement from our team members and was a great tool in memorization of one of our strongest training tools. The forced search helps the brain retain the relationships between the label of each step and it's meaning.

Our VP of Organizational Development created a chart showing the steps to grow internally with our field positions. I requested to bring this to life with a course. This is a video showing a snippet of the first step in this process. Each section leads to the coursework after an explanation. I had just found a great option for adding sound to these for ADA compliance. We were in the process of adding the Spanish version.

This is a very short snippet of a piece of our Sanitation and Safety module. The full course used Ratatouille for correct and incorrect response and allowed Rattatoulle to gain one ingredient to complete his dish for each game completed correctly. Movement is key as well as doing the action of correctly ordering information as it would be done in reality for retaining information.
